This class is designed for toddlers aged 2.5-5 and their Mommies of course! We will promote wellness, mindfulness and togetherness through a series of yoga asanas (poses) and breathing techniques.

60 Minute, traditional Hatha yoga practice.
We will incorporate breathe into each series of movements creating space, flexibility, length and fresh energy throughout all body groups.
This class is an all levels class aimed to de-stress and replenish frazzled nervous systems, under/over worked muscles and stagnate joints. Practicing yoga can activate healing vibrations which promote restored mental, physical and emotional wellness .
*Class tends to run over the 60 minute mark, please do allocate 75 minutes for the full class time.
I believe that finding & fostering your true passions and desires leads to a happy, healthy balanced life, in such a way that, harmony is achieved. Living a harmonious life is beneficial to warding of the natural process of aging thereby enhancing quality of life and energy levels.
I began practicing yoga in 2006 during a very stressful time in my life. The benefits of a regular yoga practice transformed my outlook on life and my well being. After years of contemplation I found enough confidence to follow my heart when I completed my Teacher Training through the Himalayan Institute in 2017. Today I am blessed for my practice, my training and most significantly for the opportunity to teach what has worked so well for me.
My intention for offering yoga classes revolves around my innate desire to contribute to community in a way that helps heal and uplift people who are suffering from negative effects of being perpetually exposed to high stress and cortisol stimulation associated with the fast paced lifestyle we are faced with today. From deep breathing --pranayama exercises-- to lymph activation --muscle movement-- to stress relief --stillness & mindfulness-- yoga can clear you of negative congestion that leads to physical ailments.
Positive affirmations and choices attract positive vibrations to your life. Build upon a positive purpose for yourself and you will be free to love the life you built. Self care of your mind is a necessity and may begin with a regular yoga practice. Each class focuses on development of positive thought patterns, cultivating positiveness and detoxifying our minds of deep negative thoughts, hurt and pain.
There is nothing more gratifying than opening pathways for others to experience the blessing of harmony, peace and ease.
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being. Regular practice will help you reach, improve and perfect poses in such a way that you will fully activate the full benefits. Correct posture and positioning of poses improve your entire metabolic functioning, your breathing, and outlook on life.
Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance for other physical activities. After a run, or heavy workout, yoga will compliment your body and help recuperate. Relaxing while coordinating breathe during stretching and lengthening strengthens your muscles,
Stillness within renders room for healing, growth and harmony. To be mindful begins with stilling your mind and body and allowing your natural energy to carry you. You will feel these benefits with a regular yoga and meditation practice.
